"Harman's patented Plus One polypropylene woofer cones provide increased cone area of up to 35% by moving the attachment point between the surround and the frame outward. The benefit of this technology is an increase in overall efficiency by up to 2dB.

Edge-driven dome tweeters on 6-1/2" component systems and 6"x9" 3-way speakers deliver broader and smoother high-frequency response.

External Crossover with 0/+3dB Tweeter level control

The Stage3 6-1/2" component system features external crossovers to precisely manage frequency distribution between the mic-woofer and tweeter. To allow for further system tuning, a 0/+3dB tweeter level control has been provided to allow for adjustment based on tweeter location.
