To connect the remote, simply enter the settings menu on your camera, navigate to the Network settings, and select Bluetooth Settings. Turn on the Bluetooth Function, then go back to the menu and navigate to the Network settings again. Select Bluetooth Settings and choose the Pairing option. Hold down both the shutter button and Zoom T buttons on the remote simultaneously for 7 seconds to complete the pairing process.

Use tips: You cannot use the function for linking location information with a smartphone when the Bluetooth Rmt Ctrl is set to On. While Bluetooth Rmt Ctrl is set to On, the camera will not switch to the power-saving mode. Change the setting to Off when you are done using the Bluetooth remote commander. If you do not operate the Remote for a few seconds, the Remote will automatically be disconnected from the camera. Even while they are disconnected, you can automatically reconnect the Remote to the camera by pressing any button. The zoom button on the remote only works with power zoom lenses.
