The device supports HDMI sources up to 4K 30 FPS (record or live stream at 1080P).
NOTE: This device does not support HDMI sources that are copyrighted/content-protected.
Using this device, you can upscale analog AV and S-Video video sources to 1080P, allowing you to record and breathe new life into old VHS or camcorder tape recordings.
Video capture & live streaming software for PC, Mac, and Linux is included, as well as step-by-step instructions.

1) Issue: Device Not Recognized By Computer:
a) Try using the device with or without the USB-C adapter instead.
b) Try using a different USB port on your computer.
2. Issue: No Video From Video Source
a) Ensure your video source (i.e. VCR/camcorder) is in working condition.
b) Make sure the device is hooked up to the OUTPUT ports on your video source, not the input ports.
c) On your computer, ensure the software is set the correct audio/video device.
