The RP2350 microcontroller chip is designed by RPi in the United Kingdom, adopting a unique dual-core and dual-architecture design with a dual-core Arm Cortex-M33 processor and dual-core Hazard3 RISC-V processor, flexible clock running up to 150 MHz. It also features 520K of SRAM and 4M of onboard Flash memory. The Type-C connector keeps it up to date and easier to use, with USB 1.1 device and host support, low-power sleep and dormant modes, and drag-and-drop programming using mass storage over USB.

Other features include 2 SPI, 2 I2C, 2 UART, 4 12-bit ADC, 24 controllable PWM channels, a temperature sensor, and 12 programmable IO state machines for custom peripheral support.
