Return and Refund Policy
We at Blumaple want you to love the items you purchase from our store front. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items for a full refund within 10 calendar days, subject to the conditions below:
Eligibility Conditions
If all conditions are not met, Blumaple reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC), and all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items, and accessories. Blumaple can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees, if any, are non-refundable.
Nonreturnable Items
1. Opened TVs, combos, and monitors 37" and larger — original packaging cannot be unsealed
2. Opened computers and computer software — original packaging cannot be unsealed
3. Electronic software downloads
4. Opened consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, ink cartridges, etc.)
5. Select special-order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as nonreturnable
6. Underwater equipment that has been submerged
7. Opened or unwrapped educational tapes and books
8. Defective or Damaged Items
9. Defective items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
10. All Clearance merchandise cannot be returned.
Like-new condition
Items need to be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched or missing major contents will be denied a return and, its original tags must be attached to process and accept a return.
Bundle discount and free items
If you received a discount or free item by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that benefit if you do not return all items purchased.
Refunds & Credits
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account after the item has been received and confirmed by the returns department. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Limited Liability
Blumaple is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Blumaple is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from selling or using any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
Please note that any electronics containing user profile data must be factory reset or password unlocked before sending back to Blumaple for return.

You must include the RA number issued to you by customer service, and please be sure to write this number clearly on the return box.
Please be sure to save the shipment tracking number for your return. Merchandise lost or damaged during shipping is the shipper's responsibility.
